User Support Analyst

Main requirements:
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in a dynamic international environment
• Fluent English.
• MCSE certification and a degree in Computer Science are desirable.
• Basic knowledge about fixed telephone systems.
• Proven ability in system implementation
• PC hardware and software technologies including expert-level knowledge of Windows 9x, 2000, XP and related applications and tools at an enterprise level
• Handheld/PDA/Mobile technologies including Microsoft Windows Mobile and Symbian
• Managing PCs, shares through Microsoft Active Directory, logon scripts, groups, and distribution lists.
• Networking fundamentals: LAN, WAN, VPN, RAS and TCP/IP, WiFi, ADSL, 3G, GPRS/EDGE
Main responsobilities:
• Delivering results and solutions to internal customers.
• Testing and supporting the PC hardware and software and its operation.
• Managing the PC life cycle.
• Participate in the Problem, Change and Asset Management processes.
• Making project deployments.
• Developing and keeping up to day Disaster Recovery Plans for the sites.
• Hardware and software procurement
• Providing consultancy for procurement of other electronic assets (photocameras, personal printers, multimedia projectors etc)
