We are looking for a technical lead to join our RatePoint team, a professional who can lead others to the technological hights. You should value simplicity, love to innovate, be friendly and optimistic.

RatePoint is a unique web-based solution that provides enterprises with all the tools to easily collect manage and promote authentic customer feedback (gathering reputation points/rates), request for feedback and reviews, surveying companies’ current and prospective clients, having all email marketing tools onboard. Currently has 6,000 users (on the first stage), and moving on to millions in North-American and European regions in 1-2 years.

Responsibilities:
1. technical planning, coordination, and supervising the design, development, and implementation of software web-application;
2. maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing application;
3. sharing time on technical leadership and development activities.

Requirements:
1. technical background (BS/MS);
2. at least 5 years in development (Ruby on Rails is a big plus, but not a must)
3. proven communication and problem-solving skills (from technical perspective);
4. minimum 2 years experience in technical leadership of team up to 8 people (experience with remote team members is a plus);
5. fluent English and team management skills are a must
